  • The State of Colorado became a state on August 1, 1876
  • The Colorado PolyExtra flag is a sewn flag made from meticulously crafted two-ply polyester fabric that is specially loomed and dyed to withstand the most demanding weather conditions, counteract the effects of ultra-violet light, and remain crisp and bright
  • For flags 15X25' that are flown on taller poles with greater wind velocity, each stripe seam is terminated at the fly hem with a 102-stitch X-box reinforcement
  • Flags 15X25’ face the most demanding wind conditions so we finish our fly hems with 6 rows of stitching and a double X-box on each seam for maximum reinforcement
  • We use color matched T60 thread which can withstand up to 60 lbs. of force and is the strongest thread used by any major manufacturer on the market
  • Flags 15 X 25’ and larger are put under exceptional stress from the weather, therefore, we reinforce the headings with 1 ½” webbing that is 3X as strong as a car seatbelt and finish it with 3 center grommets and 2 heavy duty chrome D-Rings
  • Made in the U.S.A. Our flags are certified by the Flag Manufacturer’s Association of America which certifies our flags have been made in the U.S. of materials that are domestic in origin and that all processes in every step of its manufacture were completed in the U.S. facilities with U.S. labor
